Returns & Refunds
We aim to make our customers happy, so if you’re not completely pleased with your order, we’ll do whatever we can to make it better! If you would like to return your purchase, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order. These conditions apply:
- Returns must be approved by us before sending them back.
- Returns must be made within 14 days after the purchase date.
- The returned items must be in original condition and show no sign of use.
- Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receiving the returned item that satisfies the conditions above, you will immediately receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Damaged goods
Please note that we take great care in packaging and items rarely arrive damaged. But if any of your items do arrive damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will either refund your purchase price or send you replacement items for free.
Payment
All our online payments are processed securely through PayPal. All major credit cards are accepted by Paypal. Please note that you do NOT have to have a PayPal account to make a payment with a credit or debit card. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can click on the link “Don’t have a PayPal account and you will still be able to place your order.
Currency
All prices are listed in US dollars.
Taxes
Some state taxes may apply and will clearly be shown during checkout prior to payment.
Shipping within USA
The shipping cost will be clearly listed at checkout and on your final invoice before your order is placed. During checkout, you will be able to select the kind of shipping services you want, standard shipping or express shipping.
Pick Up in person in San Francisco Bay Area
You can avoid the shipping charges and waiting time and can pick up your order in person from South Bay. Your order will be ready within few hours on weekdays.
